How do I order the device?
You will need to apply for a merchant account with us first before purchasing the device. Once approved the cost will either debited from your first bill or we will send you payment instructions before delivery.
Do I need to buy the device or is it available on a monthly rental?
You can either buy outright or lease the device. It will work out more cost effective in long run to purchase the device outright. Monthly leasing provides the options to upgrade to newer versions.
When will I receive my device?
Once approved, usually within 48hours. Each device is pre-programmed so you are ready to accept payments fast!
